The .NET Essentials Special Interest Group

The Central Maryland Association of .NET Professionals .NET Essentials group is a special interest group. The group focuses on studying and learning the essentials of and the principles behind developing applications in the .NET platform. The group is free and open to the public.

The group’s meetings will cover a series of .NET development topics. Some of these topics include:

  • The .NET Application Framework
  • Visual Studio
  • Application Architecture
  • Accessing External Data
  • ASP.NET
  • SQL Server

The .NET Essentials Group members communicate through a special message board. The mesasge board is Yahoo Groups based and you must subscribe to the board to participate. To subscribe, simply click on the link below and choose to join the group when your browser opens to the Yahoo page.
