The Central Maryland Association of .NET Professionals Developer group is a special interest group. The group focuses on the role of the developer as it relates to .NET. The group is free and open to the public.

The meetings contain information and presentations on various aspects of the development role. These include some of the following:

• Hands-on Development
• Code exploration and discovery
• Coding best-practices
• Development tool use
• Getting started topics
• Installations and configurations

Many of the topics are extensions of the Main Group meeting topics. This allows us to explore more deeply, the topic presented at the main meeting with an emphasis on the developer.

At the meeting we have networking time, presentations, and refreshments.

Our Developer Group meeting is ALWAYS the Third Thursday of the month unless noted in the meeting announcement. The meetings run from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM The group meets from October through June and takes a break during the summer.

The Developer Group meeting is typically held at the TEKsystems in Linthicum (please review the schedule of meetings to get directions).
